“100% Baldwin” is a cinematic philanthropy film created in partnership with The Baldwin School, celebrating the perseverance, creativity, and leadership that define Baldwin students throughout their academic journey. Designed to support the school’s advancement efforts, the film shifts the focus from outcomes to process while honoring the grit, growth, and self-belief that shape each student’s path. Told through intimate, student-narrated vignettes, the story follows five girls as they face moments of challenge at “80%” and push forward with determination and support to reach 100%.

Spanning athletics, academics, and the arts, the film captures moments ranging from pre-dawn swim practices to collaborative classroom discussions and creative breakthroughs in studios and performance spaces. Filmed over three intensive days on-location at The Baldwin School, the production blends cinematic composition with a documentary sensibility, allowing both crafted scenes and unscripted moments to reveal how learning at Baldwin lives between discipline and discovery.

I led this project in the roles of producer, director of photography, and editor, overseeing the creative vision from concept through final delivery. Responsibilities included collaborating on pre-production, capturing all on-location footage, and crafting the final edit to balance emotional storytelling with clarity and authenticity, resulting in a film that reflects the school’s values and gives voice to the students who define its culture.
